There hasn’t been any offers for 6months on my app. My friend has postal and app offers. Mine is completely blank. I’ve obviously deleted the app and reloaded again a few times now.

I’m happy I get back points for spending it makes me come back to the store more than I would normally plan to.
Last shop
Extremely poor service decision yesterday even when I called head office. Despite living next to Morrisons and having spent thousands over the years this will be my last shop just to use lasted voucher!

You make the card so difficult use why don’t my offers and money money off just go on the card why don’t my I get paper ones as well which I forget and then there not knocked off.

Unable to login
Tried to log in and it doesn’t recognise my password the it froze then after five minutes asked if I was human,then ask if I wanted to set up face recognition and it didn’t recognise my face.
Hasn’t let me log in for WEEKS

I believe it's first time I'm almost negatively reviewed something as I live next to a Morisson's daily shop and the fact that I can't redeem fivers or do points via most of the offers it's annoying.

Exceptionally good Morrison app
I especially like the Morrisons app, which offers some excellent discounts and personalised deals. I’ve been able to save a significant amount of money by using the app, making my regular shopping much more affordable. The offers and discounts are a great benefit and definitely encourage me to shop at Morrisons more often.
Overall, I’m very happy with Morrisons and would highly recommend it, especially if you make use of the app and its fantastic discounts!

A complete con nowadays
I spend a lot of money with Morrisons. £700 in July . They removed offers and and boosters from my more card for absolutely no reason in June and I can’t accumulate any more points. Complaining doesn’t help. They just don’t care. It’s just very odd. I’d understand if I’d done something wrong but this was something they imposed on my more card with no explanation.
