Had a bit of a fuss with the challenge of getting my trailer and the app to handshake into “pairing” mode. The app works just fine, but on my trailer, the BT needed to be hard reset, which after talking to MORryde engineering, got taken care of. Since the airbag system is typically straight wired into the batteries, regardless of your main battery on/off switch position, simply turning your batteries to off does NOT shut off the MORryde electonics. But near or next to the MORryde air compressor assembly is a 20amp fuse, that I pulled and reinstalled. Open the app up and select devices for YOUR trailer, and it paired immediately. I am able to see and control my system just as if I was using the supplied Air1 remote. A very cool app and definitely worth it. Don’t be afraid, it does work as designed.

I have an iPhone 8+ with latest updates and app will not pair. It just spins with no error.
