MorseAid: Offline Signals

MorseAid helps you prepare and exchange short Morse signals with people nearby when phone and internet service are unreliable. FREE OFFLINE CORE • Prepare and send SOS or supported short messages using sound, a focused screen signal, or the device flashlight when available • Start and stop every signal explicitly, with a safety countdown and time limit • Use assistive microphone or camera recognition for nearby dots and dashes • Keep an emergency card on your device and optionally add a time-stamped location • Present a locally generated QR code with only the fields you choose • Learn SOS and essential Morse patterns in 12 short lessons • Use Siri and Shortcuts to open safe setup screens without automatically starting sensors or transmission • Pair one other family device face to face and save short safety or help updates in a local outbox • Exchange signed, encrypted family updates by QR, system share, local Wi-Fi, or Bluetooth while the apps are open • Distinguish device delivery from a family member’s explicit confirmation MORSEAID PRO — ONE-TIME PURCHASE • A 30-day adaptive plan with daily goals, streaks, milestones, weak-character review, Koch and Farnsworth timing • Reusable message templates and finite practice playlists • Full local signal history, search, notes, replay, and CSV export • Signal Lab diagnostics, tuning profiles, and confidence timelines MorseAid works without an account, ads, analytics, or a developer-operated server. Raw microphone and camera media is processed on the device and is not recorded, saved, or uploaded. IMPORTANT LIMITATIONS MorseAid does not contact emergency services, guarantee signal or family-message delivery, confirm rescue, or replace formal emergency channels. Nearby family transfer works only while the apps are open and can be delayed or interrupted. Recognition is assistive only; confirm signals manually before acting. Flashing light can affect photosensitive people. Emergency-card QR codes are not encrypted, and optional medical details are excluded by default; family-transfer QR codes use a separate signed and encrypted format.
