Fails To Open
The paid version does not appear to be compatible with latest iOS. It fails to open and all data entered is lost. The app should be removed or the option to charge customers for removing the adds, removed as it’s not fit for purpose.
very useful
Had this app for a number of years but have only just got around to writing a review. It gives lots of useful info, is easy to use and will present results in either a table or graph format. My only criticism is that it will not give you the option to present overpayment results in a way that reflects a reduction in monthly payments , as well as a reduction in mortgage term.

No interest only mortgage calcs
Seems like decent app but does not have an option for interest only mortgages. Pity really as many landlords take out interest only mortgages and then make additional voluntary payments.

Constantly blanks off. Paid £0.99 to remove adds but this app waste of time. Support team useless, even their email doesn’t work

Not working after paid to remove ads
After i paid to removed ads, can’t open the app anymore. Actually, bought the mortgage pro, since i bought a new phone need to re-download the app, but the app was discontinued. So I find this, from the same developer. already upset to paid for a second time. more upset, it is not working after I paid.

Loses saved calculations.
I had several different calculations saved in this app which I referred to on occasion and made updates and changes. Then without warning, my important saved calculations disappeared, can't be found. Not good if you want to refer back to your saved calculations.
Great program.
Great program. Gives detailed results and allows you to email the results. You can not change the interest rate year to year. In IOS 7 there is a option for 'loan type'. You can't change any of the options. When the results are given in the 'amortization view' the years are given in numbers and not dates. Year 0,1,2,3,4,5... it would be useful if these could be displayed as dates. Upgrading to the pro version only removes the adverts and you get no new options or features. I emailed the authors but got no response.

Works great after iOS 9 update fixed
App initially had an issue caused by the iOS 9 update. Developers were quick to fix the problem and it works great now.

This is a great application. Has good options to add overpayments to mortgages and see the impact easily. However has stopped working since iOS 9 - please fix!

Loved it for forecasting of mortgage payments relative to installments and most importantly with an awesome flexibility for these two n terms of time, regular payments but also totally individually!
Once this is fixed to work with iOS 9 then this will get a minimum of 4 star rating!!!

Crashes in IOS 9
This was a well thought out application for taking a varied look at mortgage repayment, but simply crashes immediately after moving to IOS 9
Mortgage
By far the best mortgage app, scheduled extra payments as well as added individual mortgage payments in the amortization are the features that I love the most that are missing in most apps. The only options I would add are taxes insurance and pmi.
Locks up
Froze when I tried to change the mortgage type. Then I deleted the app.
Unusable
Crashes as soon as you try to alter the start date Doh!
Needs work
Unfortunately it appears unusable in its present form. Advert appears at bottom of screen making app useless.

I loved this app until I got my iphone6. Since then, I cannot change or update the date of the mortgage.

Nice app (and would have loved to purchase the pro version) but the app crashes when trying to save data. Thanks for the test drive!
