LOVE!!

This is an amazing app! I love how you can customize your quotes with your logo and colors. App is clean and easy to use. Definitely recommending to all my friends in Real Estate. So happy I found this app!

Great App!

Very useful and simple to use with advanced features. Five stars but would love an interest only calculation. I use this frequently for real estate clients to quickly analyze PITI on the fly. Thanks!

Very Nice

You can save scenarios both as PDFs, which you can send to yourself or others, or within the app, giving them a name.

Carefull! There are apps in the App Store that cost upwards of $5.00 and still have intrusive adds after paying. While there are no color themes (yet), this one has no ads.

Worst apps ever!!! Don’t buy it

You can program excel to do the same basic calculations. Go online figure out how to compute a mortgage rate and place it in excel. This app is so sample that a free version is 1000 times better. The maker just want to rip you off of a couple bucks.

Most users have found this app very useful, as the many 4 and 5 star reviews would prove. Please submit a refund request to Apple if you’re unsatisfied.

A lot of work needed to make it usable but I do like the simple add free design.

Needs to have monthly amortization breakout for principle and interest and balance. Missing option to add yearly totals for taxes and insurance for total monthly payment. If this were updated I would rate 5. Yearly amortization is pretty useless when comparing to your current loan. No banks that I know of break it out that way. These are easy fixes, I’m rooting for you. Love the add free and simple design.

Hi person1452342. Thanks for the review. A property tax and insurance field have been added in the most recent update! Monthly amortization breakdown is on the list for a future update.

Missing one key feature....

Great simple app but really needs a Property tax field, to properly calculate your mortgage. Otherwise it’s the same app as his auto app, just different color and icon.

So I just downloaded the app and entered my loan amount for the house and it’s showing similar numbers compared to what my bank has provided to me. I just wish it had the ESCROW option also available. But it doesn’t. ;(

Very disappointed.

Does not have the option for info if I were to pay extra towards the principal each month to see how much I could save in interest and how much I could lower the length by doing so.

Hi Cubanazo1988. This app has the feature you’re looking for! If you tap the circular, green + button beside the payment frequency selector, you’re able to input a monthly (weekly or bi-weekly) amount to put towards the principle. The app will then calculate your total savings and the amount of time you’re able to decrease from your mortgage! Check it out and let us know what you think.

Does Not Give The TRUE Payment

This is just Principle and Interest, does not calculate your taxes, PMI, etc. you are not getting the whole picture for your mortgage payments.

Simple, uncluttered

Simple. The only major inputs are loan amount, loan duration, interest rate, and extra payments.

Gives monthly payment and amortization schedule.

Initially, I thought that I wasn’t getting much for my money. Then I realized that I was using it for every real estate deal that I analyzed. So, it has been a very good value.

A simple suggestion would be to add purchase price and down payment %, which would be one frequent calculation that I do to get to the loan amount input. I can do that in my head but it is one more thing that I could mess up.

Appreciate the communication by the developer.

Just in case you’re not aware, you’re also able to calculate a weekly or bi-weekly payment. You’ll also see the total mortgage amount (including interest), total interest, and the number of payments made. Not to mention an amortization table and the ability to save and compare mortgages! Stay tuned for more features in the next update!

Expected better

You can’t add taxes and other things. It should include all that as well.

Best & simplest app I’ve seen

Finally a no-frills, no-advertisement app for calculating mortgages. Worth the price just not I have to see annoying ads.

Just one suggestion: add boxes where I can put in property tax and insurance so I can get a good estimate of what my payment would be.

Simple, Clean and Functional App

I was looking for a simplistic and clean app that could quickly produce an amortization schedule, and this app is great. I especially like the fact that you can factor in extra payments and play with different scenarios.

I would love to see a future update of this app include the ability to view the amortization schedule on a per payment basis rather than just annually, but this is still a great app.
