MortgageCoach is an amazing tool for me to help show all the benefits investing in real estate. Whether you are a first time homebuyers or season investors, loan officers are able to showcase multiple scenarios to help guide them to the right financial decisions.
It’s old and outdated
Even the updates take this platform backwards. While I continue to use it, it’s only because I haven’t yet found a better solution. I’m done with this company until they start caring about their what their users want. They are clearly out of touch.
Clients love the TCA.

Not easy to use in iphone
It’s a great app in web browser.
On my iphone, I have to tap the menu or “leer en Español” or the user profile icon, several times for it to work.
Also, the Spanish version (leer en Español) has never worked for me. I am a bilingual loan officer so I see a lot of Spanish speaking people.
I suggest a Spanish version we can use in web browser. I would like to offer my Spanish clients, the same level of service and professionalism as my English speaking ones.

The most powerful mortgage tool
There is no way to operate without this tool. It is hands-down the most useful way to educate about mortgage loan options it makes such a complex topic easy to digest.

This is such a helpful tool for both me and my borrowers! It is easy to use and yet the presentation of information is comprehensive when evaluating loan options for purchases and refinanced
I’d like to see more organized training
I’d like to see a Mortgage Coach manual and how to do the lost popular and effective scenarios. As a new user, I’m finding it somewhat scattershot.
Still learning
I’ve used MC a couple of years ago with another company. I’m back but still learning different ways to present the information. It’s a very useful tool that sets us apart from regular Loan Originators.

Crash after crash after crash. Virtually unusable.

Can't live without it
I began using this app about 2 years ago and couldn't imagine going back to the old way of doing things... I can't imagine going back to sending a weak Itemized Fee Worksheet to a client. Mortgage Coach has personal interface, excellent comparison tools, and the ease of use for client and practitioner make it indispensable.

Great App!!
See your mortgage info right on your mobile device! Your loan officer can update your figures anytime and it updates instantly in the app. The best feature is seeing the long term comparisons when you are trying to decide which loan to go with.
Adequate but clunky and poorly designed
It does what it advertises; it gives you the info you need about your mortgage. However, why does the UI look like something out of a website from 2008? Last I checked, gradient buttons and excel-like spreadsheets for a small amount of data are not good design in 2017, especially on iOS. Also, why does it lock to landscape mode, when clearly it could work just as well in portrait?

Shockingly terrible interface
Downloaded this as it was recommended by a lender. Used it for about five minutes, but was turned off by the atrociously bad interface. It's hard to believe a professional company actually made this.
