Lags rates by a day or two
As the title suggests, it lags real mortgage rates by a day or two, even on weekdays.
Great concept
Saw a Reddit post from fairly recent you had premium for $0.99. Downloaded the app and then saw that it’s $2.99. Nbd. Bought it. Now the most recent rates are as of Jan 16th and it won’t refresh.

Thanks for the feedback and for supporting the app. Mortgage rates are published on business days, so updates can lag over weekends and holidays. The app always shows the most recent available market data, and we’re improving how that’s displayed at the top of the app to make this clearer. Appreciate you giving it a try.
simple & easy
literally just gives you what you asked for. One of those apps I’m keeping for the next time I need to check the rate, definitely better than ad websites in google
