Been looking for an app like this!
I’m in the property game and I needed a tool that does exactly this and couldn’t find anywhere else. Really useful and handy for my business.

Mortgage forecast
Although I’m not an advocate for mortgages, this app is really useful for calculating how much an interest based loan would cost you and you can see how much more or less it would cost if you increased or decreased your payments or your term etc.
