Warning: employee are incompetent boomers who can’t use their own app and will f up your closing
The employees are not trained on how to use this software and it takes what could be a seamless digital experience and makes it tumultuous. You can upload documents and then you need to email them and let them know it’s in there or they will delay your process. They require you to use it and give all their third party apps to access your tax/bank/payroll then force you to do everything manually on top of it. They accused me of not providing docs at 3 different points. They can’t use the chat and make multiple email chains and reach out over the phone.
