Too hard to find a lead
This app hasn’t been updated in years, and the biggest problem is finding people. Many use nicknames or variations of their names, so searching only by name is frustrating. For example, if “Billy” calls me but his legal name is “William,” there’s no way to find him unless I guess the right name. Searching by phone number should be an option—it’s usually the fastest and most accurate way to locate someone.
Also, the mobile version is confusing. The dots at the top for navigation are not obvious, and I constantly have to sit with clients to explain that’s how you switch pages. It’s not intuitive and makes the experience harder than it needs to be.

No filters, missing features
If you a high producer then you will have a big list impossible to filter. There should be a way to divide leads from prospects, or a way to leave closed deals away from current leads. The idea is great, it just need a little bit more work.
Can’t read the font
It was a great app until the font turned white and now I can’t read the fields to input information.
