Worst experience ever! Chris was more worried about his reputation of “never having a loan offer fall through” than actually evaluating clients. He purposefully rates you lower with the intention of keeping that reputation — he actually told me that — and that was AFTER I went through a week of grueling questions and having to ask him several times for the final number that I was approved for. Trust me when I say that whatever he approves you for is MUCH LOWER than you deserve. Go somewhere else and get a higher rating. And to any agents working with him, keep that in mind, as the lower approvals affects your percentage.
