it’s happened many time with me before make called i always check available minutes but after disconnects call they deduct extra minutes then calling time for example my calling or talking time is 16 minutes and they deducted 25 minutes from account .

And after call 8 .20 min it’s deducted 10 min

And before it was good nowadays it’s cheating and allowances deducted 600 min to 550 mins. Better to chose other app
