Mosaic.

Mosaic puts your organisation's mobile data connectivity in your pocket. Sign in with your Saicom account to see live APN and SIM usage, adjust caps, issue top-ups, and manage individuals, sites and SIM cards from anywhere. USAGE DASHBOARDS AT EVERY LEVEL • Drill from platform to reseller, enterprise, site, individual and a single APN line. • Pick any month, then break usage down monthly, daily or hourly. • Compare actual usage against predicted usage, usage limits and rolling averages — day of week, hour of day, rolling 7 or 30 day, or since inception. • At-a-glance tiles for total usage, active individuals, networks, caps exceeded and top-ups issued. • Top 5 resellers, enterprises, sites, departments, individuals, APNs and networks, ranked by usage. • Filter by usage type, SIM data type, SIM status, network and department. CAPS AND TOP-UPS • Adjust an individual's CAP allocation in a few taps. • Issue a top-up with an optional comment, and see the resulting allocation and expiry before you confirm. • Review who created or revoked every top-up, and revoke one that is no longer needed. • Lock or unlock an APN line on the spot. APPLICATION INSIGHT • See which applications are consuming data, grouped by application, category or risk level. • Open any risk level to see the application groups behind it. APN LINES AND DEVICES • Line detail with network, APN, IP address, roaming status and last seen packet. • Live network status checks, with the previous packet alongside for comparison. • Configure IP address type, IP pool, static IP and auto-lock. MANAGE YOUR ORGANISATION • Create and edit individuals, with departments, contact details and your own custom fields. • Create a site in seconds, or step through the full wizard for address, contacts and products. • Add and edit SIM cards — ICCID, MSISDN, PIN and PUK, SIM type, plan, supplier, network and inventory location. • Swipe to delete, undelete, cancel or un-cancel, with search and filters on every list. GLOBAL SEARCH • Find a SIM card by MSISDN, ICCID, IMEI or IP address, or an individual by name. • Narrow results by reseller, enterprise or site, then jump straight to usage.
