Terrible setup
Very difficult to login when using Face ID should not have to use another verification.

Extremely difficult to navigate, always needing 2 step verification, randomly get locked out of account. In conclusion I don’t like credit union
2 step verification
At EVERY log in on the app, you must put in your password. (There is not a Face ID option) AND a two-step verification code that is 6 digits long that you must enter every time you log in….it does not pre-populate. For over 2 months now I cannot accept an e-transfer via the app. It says that my app must be out of date. I do have the latest version installed and still this problem continues. I must go to the actual website to accept an E transfer. This app is extremely out of date and inconvenient compared to other financial apps, such as TD.

Difficult to navigate
The site makes you jump from one device to another with its dual authentication system. Also difficult to navigate between tasks without logging out and back in.
Regular transfers
Over all the app is good. However, it would be really nice if the details of the bank account which I regularly transfer money would be “remembered” I have to look it up every time! It does intuitively fill in on the PC but not on a mobile device.
