Good, but navigation could be better

I mostly use the app to learn the new releases, and it’s a bit of a pain that I have to navigate so in the app to get to the individual track videos. And then the next logical one (e.g., Legs after Warmup) is buried to the right. Also have to navigate back a level to get to next or previous. Did that, and it’s 5 stars for me.

Videos Crash Constantly

Fix the app. I can’t make it through one part of a workout without a 4 minute video crashing. The only resolution is to completely close the app and reopen. I’m also working with the highest speed of WiFi available and streaming shouldn’t be an issue. If you’re going to charge more, but give us less, at least make it reliable.

Needs work

This app is unreliable, extremely slow and a pain to use

Usability issues with this new app

Guys, what happened? This new version did not turn out to be an improved user experience at all. The biggest challenges so far:
The touch responsiveness is sloooooow. To the point of being frustrating, as it’s so slow, you try to go somewhere or open something multiple times, because it’s not responding, and then you end up somewhere completely different, when the app finally catches up.
Why the automatic landscape display when playing anything? Obviously this should be an option, when you turn your phone/tablet. It’s easier to view video content. But why is it automatically rotating? This makes it a pain to switch between apps. I can’t be the only one who toggles back and forth between my playlist and Files with the program documentation up. The automatic rotation to landscape is completely unnecessary and super annoying.
Does ‘Loop Playback’ actually work? Logic and reason tell me that it would loop the playlist and have it start again after playing the last track, but that has yet to be the case for me.
Bottom line, I’m generally fine with being forced to use the app, it’s easier than the CDs. But if we’re going to be forced to use an app, can it be good?

Awful

I’m consistently finding new ways that I’m disappointed by this app. It’s extremely unreliable. It feels like mossa pushed us to digital releases and used the worst app developer they could find to save even more money. I was thinking the update would be better but I was wrong. It is not user friendly at all and I go into class crossing my fingers the app won’t fail me.

App Review

I love everything about the app. It’s a time saver and organizes all study, whether learning a release or a quick refresher.

Login fails constantly

This is a buggy app and won’t log you in consistently. Need to work on getting the basics right for this app.

A Few Requests

The app is nice, but a few tweaks would make it great!
- Don’t hijack the Bluetooth audio when I open the app (iPhone). If I’m preparing for the class while listening to the music tracks using another app, and need to quickly check the notes in this app, it kills the music.
- Allow the app to put timed pauses between tracks. Would love to just use the app in class, but there needs to be some time between tracks for classes that need time for coaching or setup (e.g., Group Power).

Paid for releases had them taken away

When DVD’s were provided you paid for them you got them you kept them. Forever. When it converted to an app you paid just as much but if you canceled you lost them. I’d like a dvd copy of all the releases I paid for and lost. Of course that’s not going to happen.

Worst App

This app is terrible. It doesn’t function well on any device I have it on. I’m constantly having to close out and reset the device if I want it to work. Even then it will work for a few minutes then freeze. As an instructor it’s inconvenient. I want the dvds back. At least they worked and I was able to learn the workouts without getting frustrated.

Poor quality overall

Doesn't work in landscape mode (except videos, which *only* work in landscape mode). Videos play over the app controls. Can only download a full release, not an individual track. Can't view program notes in app. It's 2021... I expect a lot more.

Loving this app

Really love the Mossa App, it’s so convenient, I can learn during breaks at work, and the music only feature is a real help. Everything thing seems to work faultlessly.

Some glitching in between

For some reason my iPod has glitches that happens where it just logs out of the app. It sure why.

Download

Downloading music versus the entire release is not easy. Please use the les mills app and try to replicate, viewing the video and notes at the same time is clutch. I am a transfer certificate and so far I am not impressed!

Titles

The titles due to their set on make it hard to know what track you are clicking on due to limited visual space on some devices. It would be nice to that the track number and track name before all the other information that currently proceeds the track number. ie. “MOSSA April 21 - track 1”. Starting with the track number when titling would make the search for a track easier.

Difficult to search the file

1. It’s very difficult to just find the “Full workouts”. I have to scroll through countless of mini-videos every time.
2. It won’t allow me to download only the full workouts. All the other mini-videos have to be downloaded too. I’ve reported this but it hasn’t been corrected as of writing this review.
3. When I play the downloaded videos, it stops when WiFi is out of range (even though it is downloaded already!!) and when I try to replay it, I find that screen has disappeared and I have to scroll again through all the downloaded vides. It’s a waste of time!

LOVE IT is all I can say 👍🏼

Group Power

Great workout👌😍

A Blast

Easy app to use and a great way to access resources

Not user friendly

This app is trash for what it needs to do and be. The videos are fine, but to play music it’s a complete headache. It doesn’t sync to my watch, half the time the music on my playlist won’t make a sound even though it says it’s playing, the functionality is just bad. I’m so disappointed.
