NOT EASY TO USE

As a beginner investor, I found this app quite challenging to navigate and use effectively. The user interface is complex and not very intuitive, making it difficult to understand how to access various features and information.

One major issue I encountered was with the PIN entry process. Despite following the instructions provided and entering the PIN exactly as instructed in the email, I repeatedly received an "invalid PIN" message, which was frustrating and time-consuming.

Additionally, I faced difficulties when trying to close my account. Unlike many other platforms, there is no direct option within the app to close the account, which added unnecessary hassle to the process.

Server Susah Connect

Fitur2 di apps nya sejujurnya sudah oke dan cukup untuk nabung (not daily trading). Tapi loading untuk login dan masuk ke server nya lambat sekali. Mohon diperhatikan min, saya posisi di luar negeri (UK) sangat susah untuk buka apps nya

stuck at ths splash screen

crappy piece of software. Stuck at the splash screen with a rotating circle. Please fix it or will be moving my account to the another brokerage

Tidak compatible utk iPad

Ga bisa login di ipad, karena tombol login dibawah tidak muncul sama sekali. Useless di ipad

Dak support ipad

Aplikasi ini sangat tidak support untuk ipad, layar terpotong sehingga menu portfolio dll tidak terlihat (boro2) bisa di klik

SBN kok belum ada?

Di desktop version sudah ada fitur langsung ke SBN primary dan secondary, tapi kenapa di apps nya belum ada ya?

Not Optimized for iphone with no home button (X, 11 etc)

Since the last update I can barely move menu list on the bottom of the screen, sometimes if I swipe to strong, it moves to other app,,this is so frustating!

Also please support the resolution of ipad full screen size!!!

Logout Sendiri

Aplikasinya sebenarnya cukup baik kalau digunakan dengan santai, misalnya nabung ala BEI. Tapi, kalau dipakai untuk trading, kadang pas mau jualan (harga naik), suka tiba-tiba logout sendiri dan aplikasi tertutup sendiri. Ini fatal banget.
