It doesn’t work
For a long time this app doesn’t work properly. Takes ages to load, impossible to find a doctor, take an appointment or leave a complaint. Waste of time.

Opens reports on Android, but not iOS
So, to read radiology report I had to find Android phone, install app - and voila - could read pdf report. On iOS app and on desktop browser website I can read lab reports, but not radiology ones - either nothing happens when you click the print button, or it pops up error message. So patient web portal and iOS app - piss-poor experience, Android app - okayish

Useless
I went to the Hospital 2 time to get Covid Tested.
They advise you to download this app and the DHA app to get your result.
Both of them are more than useless.
You can create your account do all you have to do on your side, they still don’t provide any information.
Rate the app as bad, asked to be contacted when requested the feedback, but they still don’t care.
Not to say that when the arriving at the hospital, no temperature was checked, and the steps they claimed are put in place for the safety of the patients, were not followed.

Worst App Ever Experienced!!!
To be frank the app is great and developers had everything covered well top class in terms of options offered, but it is the system at the hospital that lacks it all. The App is deployed at the wrong hospital where it’s impossible to reach its full potentials set by the app developers!
It’s a shame, all gone to waste!!!
