Should be simply banned!
I love the feeling of real room and real objects to interact with.
Needs work honestly
The music is good but hearing it for only 5 minutes can drive people insane let alone 30 minutes.
It’s also glitchy, for example I clicked on some paper somehow that have clues in it then it suddenly disappeared.
The banners when you click on something are annoying, way too big for the screen and you have to click on it more than one time to go away.
I honestly was excited to finish the game but I was disappointed and stopped playing after 5 minutes.
I hope it gets better, this game sounds too good to go to waste, please fix it.
Y
Such an amazing Game!
Brooooooooooooooo!
It was stressful but fun.
Fun, with some caveats
That being said, I was pleasantly surprised. The puzzles weren’t what I’m used to in escape games, which made them more difficult than I’m accustomed to. It’s ad-free, with hints, which is great. The caveat: it’s a timed game, and each hint you use knocks about two minutes off the clock.
I lost my first run-through of the game. Made it through the second with time to spare. That’s generally a sign of a good game (IMO).
There are flaws. The pacing seems off. Check inventory frequently, because it’s not consistently apparent that a new item has been added. Steps need to be accomplished in a certain order, which seems arbitrary.
Flaws aside, and bearing in mind that this is likely their first attempt at game development, a 4 is in order. Typically I’d say 3, but it feels like this is the start of a learning curve, and these young people show promise. Would play any follow-up. Nice job!
Response from developer
Thank you so much for your feedback! Very perceptive that you knew we were a group of high school students. We are a group of freshman and we had three weeks to write this app for our final project. Thank you for taking the time to write this review!
