Love love love Abigail and the MFA app!

A daily dose of Abigail is what we moms or dads all need in our busy, often messy, long days of parenting. The app allows anyone who can’t commit to her full course to such real life wisdom with mindflips, parenting tools and sos help in those not so good moments. She is a true gem, a great life mentor and parenting coach. Thank you Abigail for such a great resource.

Time WELL spent

As parents we have zero time. We rarely even go to the bathroom alone. So I would Never suggest something that wasn’t worth your time and effort. Abigail is very helpful,
very quickly. You and your entire family (from infants to teenagers) will benefit from her wisdom, humor and ability to empower you to make the changes you want to make so that you can breathe and relax and enjoy the crazy ride that is parenting.
