It’s annoying how it keeps signing my kid out of the full version and then telling me I can’t restore purchase from app. Why am I paying for something she cannot use. She has been using the free version for the past 6 months because of this foolishness. Even though I paid for an annual subscription. I want my money back!!!!!!

No Volume
The entire app doesn’t have any volume on our end. Has anyone else experienced and resolved this?

All my other apps have volume. I checked the volume made sure the volume button worked. Uninstalled same thing.
No sounds
My daughter loves this app but after a few months the sound stopped working. So even though I paid for the yearly subscription last year she never watched it. She wanted to watch it this morning so I paid for the monthly subscription (yearly one was expired) thinking that by now there shouldn’t be any issues. Unfortunately still no sound. I have tried everything I can think of, including deleting app and reinstalling but still no sound.

At first I was disappointed when I susbscribed for 1 year on this app because i discovered that all the videos has no sounds but quickly emailed their email support. They response are so quick that it it didn’t get for 24hours to wait. Thank you so much for making us satisfied. My daughter is so happy right now that she can hear and sing a long the nursery rhymes as well. Kuddos!

Fraudulent transaction by app
I had downloaded Mother Goose Club rhymes on my iPhone and selected trial membership. However when trial membership ended I believe the app automatically charged my debit card for a Yearly membership which I didn’t apply for. This is totally unethical, there should have been some way of going through my permission before deducting the amount. Please cancel this subscription and REFUND my money Rs.2699 immediately.

Potential Is There
I downloaded this app for my daughter for when she’s at the sitters with no wifi. I pay for the monthly subscription. I like the setup and the content however every night the downloads “undownload”. This means every morning I have to remember to download videos early enough to give them time to download. It seems like once they are downloaded they should stay until I delete them.
Also, sometimes it acts as if I haven’t paid the monthly subscription so I have to delete the app and reinstall and then it can find my in app purchases.
If the download issue was corrected I would give this 5 stars.
