app and website (LOGIN) not working from overseas

Being NRI customer, your geofencing is not user friendly, I tried to use app or website from overseas location, and the app never shows login UI and website once clicked on login never shows anything (no error, no connection error) just silent drop. While security is concern but how do common user invest due to these tech limitations.

App is good but not available all the time

App is good with available features, but it is not available most of them times on weekends and some days etc. both motilal oswal website and app would be down for most of the time making it difficult to access

Works during day time only

App generally not working on weekends & runs smoothly in day time only. At night & weekends its not working may be bcoz generally people are free at that time.
And fund wise detail information are also lacking like detailed stock holding & proper performance of fund some funds shows 1000% abs return in 6 months 🤣

This app only opens during india day time and never works in timezones who are few hours ahead of India.

Not working on overseas

This app is not working properly on overseas networks. At first, I thought it was a temporary issue, but it works well with an Indian IP but not on others.

Good UI, Clean interface and easy to navigate with many options only problem is Motilal Oswal MF is facing many server issues recently at midnight.

Seems a later release caused the app to hang on the welcome screen

We have now enabled 24x7 access to most international sites, including Singapore. Kindly try accessing the app over the weekend.
