$30 Paid App Consumer #TRU
Look I am not digging this app and decided I’d reach out to the Support. They have a button to Share ur project, u can view Terms & Conditions Privacy policy have links as well. Now when I click to email support and it doesn’t work. Now I am wanting help and will immediately change my review if I reach them and my experience is different but I double checked the other links but couldn’t view or have their email pop up or copy.
Next up is I paid $30 for a lifetime subscription and GRok is spitting out free AI Images that are incredible for free. Now they have $30 a month for the Upgrade to Grok 3 which is pretty intense but if I can’t get this thing on that level or get a few tips and tricks or so,4th IG. I’m telling everyone dont do it. It has the potential but pictures 10 second clips that are good for a brief prompted Description but this thing gets too much info it feels like it didn’t even read anything after that first sentence lol

Scamming customers!
I am writing to complain about my purchase of an AI animation creation application called "Motion". I would like to point out the following points that cause my serious dissatisfaction:
1. Lack of test period or free version: I had no opportunity to test the quality of the app prior to purchase, as no trial period or free version was provided for review.
2. Immediate demand for payment: Immediately after downloading the app, the app demands instant payment, which I consider to be an unfair practice and deception of the consumer.
3. Failure to fulfill the claimed features: The app does not live up to the stated description - it does not create videos as described, and there is no ability to create videos longer than 5 seconds when creating sequels.
4. Questionable placement on the App Store: I don't understand how the App Store allowed the placement of this app given its flaws and the clearly fraudulent actions of the developers.
In connection with the above, please refund the money spent and take measures to prevent similar cases in the future.

Absoluter Fehlkauf!
Seit 12 Stunden bekomme ich die Meldung “Server sind gerade ausgelastet - Bitte versuchen Sie es später erneut” Nun, das gibt mir die Zeit, die App mit nur einem Stern zu bewerten. Und wenn man es dann doch mal schafft, ist man von den Sekundenfilmchen meist enttäuscht. Die AI scheint, genau wie die Server, hoffnungslos überfordert. Motion hält definitiv nicht, was es verspricht.
Nach ein paar erfolgreichen Promts immer wieder das gleiche Prozedere: “Server sind gerade ausgelastet…” Es scheint, als würde man nach ein paar 5-Sekündern automatisch für einige Stunden gesperrt.
Auf diese Weise einen kurzen Promo-Clip zu erstellen kann dann schnell Tage dauern.
Ganz ehrlich, von einer Vollversion habe ich mir mehr erwartet. Es bleibt dabei: Motion entpuppt sich bis jetzt als ein absoluter Fehlkauf…

Ne fonctionne jamais
L’application ne fonctionne jamais il y a toujours un problème avec les serveurs… payer un abonnement annuel pour ne pas pouvoir utiliser l’app est scandaleux.. et Apple refuse de rembourser (comme à chaque fois avec les app IA qui ne fonctionne pas ou ne respecte pas leurs promesses…)

What is wrong with the app
Why do I keep seeing messages that say, "Generation in progress, wait for video completion"? The app worked for one day, but now it is not functioning at all. I feel like I've wasted my money and I'm really not happy with it.
CONSUMERS CALL TO ACTION!
This has to stop guys. There’s a very bad trend in the App world these days. First of all five seconds in duration is not a video so they shouldn’t even be advertising that they can make videos but more importantly you have to pay before you even know that their product is not something that you want to purchase. What’s so hard about letting us make an HD GIF so that we can know whether or not we want to spend money but instead we’re just getting milk for it I’m not gonna use this product. It doesn’t make videos. I had to pay $29 for a lifetime membership which was 90% off to find out that I’m not gonna use this ever again all the apps are doing this everybody we need to stop buying it. We need to start writing reviews like this. I give this no stars because there was no service of which they advertised or claimed to be producing and giving given. They made me pay for a lie before I could find out. It was a lie. It’s straight up highway robbery every time any of us purchases any of these subscriptions. We’re just perpetuating this horrible waste of our own resources. And making a world where there is no consumer rights and no responsibility or accountability for the businesses making these apps.

Tengo problemas
Solo pude hacer 5 videos y ahora me marca error.
Hit or miss
The best part of this app is the lifelike backgrounds…wind moving the leaves of trees or people’s hair, water from a lake rippling, etc. When putting pictures together, sometimes both look great; other times either one or both don’t look like the people in the original photos. Customer service not good. I reported a problem and, 15 days later, got a response which said thank you for reaching out, but no solution to the problem. The app also doesn’t always work; it’ll say “something went wrong” and always has the same answer which makes it look like the photos weren’t good, but usually the problem is with the server and not your photos. Sometimes you’ll be waiting several days for anything to work which is annoying. When it works, it’s usually good but server downtime is too long. I hope they come up with a solution to this because, otherwise, it’s a pretty good app.

if you can catch the server open. Over the past couple weeks I have only been able to do half a project. I don’t know what’s up maybe the developers only intention was for someone to make one AI picture. When I paid for long term it was out of wanting to do professional videos. Either they need to decrease the customers or drastically upgrade their network. They might want to try something else. I have resorted to Meta on Facebook you can create photos of yourself. Some versions even animate. Chat got will allow you to change aspects of the photo. Honestly don’t purchase this software. You may get a picture or you may not. I regret because I went with the life long plan. If their system improves I will be back to let you know. I wish Nero had some software for this
