Can’t get rid of time, location, battery etc...

On the new iPhones, you can’t overlay over the top. Additionally, there is no option to make the phone look like an older screen.

Just displays a green screen

This app just displays a green screen (or whatever color you choose) on your phone or iPad. It does not record, import, or do any processing of foregrounds and backgrounds. Just wanted to make sure people realize this before buying.

I couldn't get the hidden exit button feature to work, so I just close the app when I was done.
