I have used and loved MOMO for many years!! It’s a fantastic app that allows you to customize it however you want to and makes it easy to keep up with your daily tasks!!
What happened? This app doesn’t work.
10/25/2025 Update: and now, the app just randomly logs you out and won’t let you log back in or reset your password or anything. This is terrible.
This was such a wonderful app. Made my life so much better. Now I check off tasks as done and they keep unchecking themselves and going back onto the list. No way to keep track. No sign of an app update to fix anything. Really sad if this is going by the wayside. If they fix it I will definitely replace this with a 5-star rating. It was fabulous when it worked. Edit to add: Oh my goodness. I just discovered that apparently the app now works (so far) only if you enable bible readings as a task. Yes, I can just check it off as done and ignore it. But this is deeply offensive. New edit: They finally changed this and the app was working. It even worked if I toggled the Bible readings off. Today it wouldn’t even load any tasks; just a white screen. Yesterday’s tasks were back to not showing I had completed anything. I clicked my settings icon, turned the Bible readings back on, and lo and behold, the page for today’s tasks loads. What makes bible people think forcing their religion down our throats will make us receptive to it? I am sad that I find the app so helpful I can’t bring myself to dump my subscription over this offensive, aggressive tactic. I’ll just continue to mark the Bible verse “done” first thing every day, but I shouldn’t even have to look at that if I don’t want to. It’s insulting to users of different faiths. It’s a housekeeping app, not a religion app! And it still is not showing yesterday’s completed tasks as completed. This app used to be perfect! What happened? Sigh.

Still Glitchy
Just purchased again after 5 years or so and it’s still glitchy. I was so hoping all issues would be resolved by now. But sadly, they have not.

App needs an update
This app definitely needs an update I have had this app for around 2 years the last couple months constantly makes me sign in an when I do 90% of the time goes to white screen please fix

Not great and costs $20 a year. Stops working if you don’t renew.
Great While it Lasted
I enjoyed the app enough to pay for an annual membership. It worked well for me. However, mid December I lost access. After weeks of no response from tech support, I gave up. I regained access by the end of January but by then I had already got my family in the habit of using reminders so wasn’t going to start over again with them. MoMo is convenient because everything is preloaded and highly adaptable, but in my case I will not renew.

Best Cleaning App!!
This App has helped me so much in keeping on top of my house work since I work a full time job outside the home. My husband also works full time & I am able to send him his tasks to complete for the week which helps me so much!!! I also love you can customize tasks & the frequency you do them! 10/10 for sure!!

No Customer Service
I purchased this app/program two weeks ago and have set and reset a password in order to create an account. I get the password resets in my email but they always take me back to “create an account”. I have submitted three tickets to ask for help and have received zero replies in two weeks. Not worth the frustration. Also doesn’t work to try and login via the website.

Love the app - when it works
I agree with another reviewer that said it’s ridiculous to pay for an app this buggy.
I tried to reset it and now all I get is a blank. Even tried uninstalling and reinstalling to no avail. Please fix! I do want to use it but can’t because it’s completely unusable right now.

Loved it. Past tense
Had it for month and then it died. Went all white. No response from support. Was a five star app. Now it’s up for renewal and I’m cancelling it. Sad because the reminders were so much encouragement. No response from developer after three times reaching out. My subscription ends in a few weeks, so i did not renew it and deleted the app. Whether or not i keep the website documents which are very different is still TBD

I’m disappointed
I’m at the tail end of my annual membership, I chose not to renew because I was going to try a different cleaning method for a while. I had 8 days left on my membership and the app stopped refreshing the weekly and monthly chores, I reached out to support for the app multiple times and multiple ways that they have listed to reach out to them, no response whatsoever. I’m totally disappointed in the lack of support, at this point my membership is just running out, I paid for the full year so I should have access to the full year. I can’t recommend this app because of the lack of support and they turned off the service before my membership was even up.

Repeated Tasks
At first this app was perfect for me! You could sort out the different tasks and rearrange them. However, after about four weeks, an item appeared on the checklist (clean glass), and absolutely wouldn’t go away. It didn’t matter if I checked it or deleted it, no other task items were listed, just this one. Very disappointed.

Been using this app since it started. Has a great look to the layout and I love how easy it is to use.
Perfect solution for my ADHD brain
I’ve tried everything out there and this is the best app for my ADHD brain! I love that you have the option to use the app or print, that it’s editable, and that there are daily tasks or tasks that you do quarterly/yearly. I’m so glad I found this!
I really wanted to like this
I really wanted to like this app. The idea of it sounded great: here’s a list of what you need to do everyday. While some items repeat, it’s not a Mondays is bathroom day, Tuesday is living room day, etc. The app is SO buggy. It freezes every time I use it. What should be a convenient checklist has me restarting the app 2-3 times every time I want to use it.

Has potential
No free trial stinks, you could give people a free week to try it out, you’ll get more subscribers that way. Yes the interface looks like it’s from 2005 but the customization feature is helpful except one big problem, Reminders. You can set up all kinds of reminders in the app but the only one you’ll ever actually get is the default one at 8am. I HAVE to have reminders throughout the day as I am very busy and if I’m trying to build new habits I have to have an audible and visual reminder when I need to do it. As for everyone complaining about the Bible reading plan, read the description next time, it states plainly there is one and you can turn it off within the app.
