Can’t pay for HGV parking
Pretty poor, there’s an option to pay for HGV parking then it says I must go in. Not good when I’m parked quite far away and it’s raining.

Why on Earth would anyone want this app now they’ve removed the offers? There’s no information on here that you can’t find, easier, elsewhere.

Rubbish, no offers and can’t sign in
Old app used to give you some offers to slightly offset the astronomical cost of a roadside burger. This new one is impossible to navigate and Google sign in doesn’t work either. No offers that I could see, waste of time
It just doesn’t work!
None of it works well or consistently. Been trying 20 mins to order a coffee still can’t manage to. Don’t bother!

Times you out after a couple of seconds. No chance of actually making an order.
Awful app
Continually logs you out. Apple Pay or PayPal not available. Lot of effort to use and actually order with. Resulted in me giving up and going elsewhere
Taken payment from bank but APP says payment failed TWICE!!!
Ordered a Burger King from Knutsford service North via the app to take advantage of the TASTY2 code which gave you £2 off your first order. My bank details came up Confirming that the payment had been successful then the app decided that “Payment had Failed”. I hadn’t noticed this on my first attempt so was trying to find a way to contact the app owners to report the issue but there isn’t any way to do it. I then thought (after speaking to the Burger King staff) that I needed to receive some sort of email receipt (the guy didn’t speak very good English and got a little confused but was as helpful as he could be). Tried again on the app again bank confirmed payment had gone through but the app decided it didn’t!!! I don’t know if this was due to the order stations being not working (12:25pm ish 1st March 21) but I’m now £12 out of pocket and no food. I want my refund!!!!!!

Takes forever to load, have to do stuff all over again and times out when I make an account. Just wanted a couple bloody burgers that’s all

Downloaded. Tried to order through app but kept saying timed out. Even if it was only 10 seconds to do an order. Waste of time, quickly deleted. But hey they have my details still eh for promotions
