Not able to track live and to follow the history is quite confusing. Definitely not what I thought I was buying.
Works as advertised
This thing is great! Easy install scan QR code and you’re up and running. I’ve only had it for a month but so far so good a few seconds lag but nothing to complain. Greatest selling point, no monthly fees! Tells me when the truck starts up tells me when the truck is shut off, tells me when it’s idle and how long. It also has several settings like alerts when over a certain mile per hour above the speed limit. Worth the price!

Don’t buy this if u have a vehicle older the 2018. Won’t work. Won’t see ur vehicle listed.
Not 100% reliable
Be careful if using this app for company vehicles. The information displayed is not always 100% accurate. Sometimes the gas level is in accurate other times the GPS location gets stuck for two days and it doesn’t update. As of right now I have a vehicle that status says that it’s towed when I know very well it’s been active and moving for the past two days but unfortunately, I can’t actually locate it in real time as it seems like the GPS is bugged. I thought maybe the app itself was due for an update, but there’s no updates available. I tried contacting support through their website, but unfortunately, it says that someone will get in touch with me within the next three hours. As this app is used by a business for employees I don’t have three hours to just sit and wait for someone to get back to me.

Pretty good but timing is off
I have such high hopes for this app. Unfortunately, it seems that I’m getting notifications of trip end way after the car actually stops. Does it need to be recalibrated?.

The app is great I’d just really like a desktop version to monitor everything since I have a whole fleet of cars

Hassle free no payment needed monthly. The only downfall is they need to upload or update the movement when something is just starting off moving.
Great gps tracker
It works great, I would just replace the three pictures they have for icons or something different like your own pictures. I have a cargo van and I don’t see something similar to it. My option is only a sedan or a truck, no even close to any of them. But besides that, it works great! I hope you guys keep improving you app. Thank you!

the first watchdog i bought failed. i contacted support and they were very responsive, even sent me a new unit, and even followed up after it arrived. good experience all around, but PLEASE do something about the abysmal battery life of the unit! i’ve got mine set to 4 hr updates, and the thing maybe holds a charge for 3 days until its dead. thank you.
