Pésima aplicación estos merecen ser demandados se roban las propinas y nunca muestran los recibos cuando les preguntas algo y no les conviene te dejan en visto
No da propinas y no paga por horas
La compañía abusa de los trabajadores sólo por el echo que no tengan papeles ellos no le pagan lo que deberían pagar a los trabajadores sólo les pagan 5 oh 7 dólares por órdenes sin propina eso no es justo si nos va bien a nosotros tenga por seguro que las órdenes irán más rápido y les irá mejor a ustedes eso se trata de ayudarnos unos a otros a todos nos irá mejor

Stay away from this app. There is no costumer service when you need help or have questions about the app functionality. There is no information about the how the system works. I believe the company is violating the minimum salary payment in NYC. When you make a schedule you are obliged to take all the orders otherwise they kick you from your reservation. There isn’t an option of rejecting an order that you don’t want to deliver. As i am writing right now. The app gave me 2 orders to accept, i only want to do one, so they cancel the order that i didn’t accept. I was already heading to the restaurant when they cancel the second order that i accepted plus my reservation was deleted. TRASH COMPANY. There is no TIPS on this app. The company steals the tips that go for you from costumers and they pay you a range of $5-$7 per delivery. Orders are not consistent so basically you make around $7-$12 an hour in NYC. ITS A BIG SCAM.
UPDATE: since i stop working for this company, they completely ignore my messages in reference to payments. I am going to file a complaint to the city of New York. Besides stealing your tips, MOTOCLICK steals your salary. BEWARE!
