App is Junk
After months and months of issues, I decided to leave a review. Sometimes the app decides your login is no good but (surprise surprise) even if you reset your password, it still says the login is invalid. I successfully created a new account as a test but the next time I accessed the app, the same thing happened. I use a password manager so I am certain the login (each time) was correct. Now, the app actually let me login (I was truly shocked! logged in on a whim!) And the app moves through SMS or Mail verification and then only spins. Bizarre that such an otherwise dependable company canake something that is consistently a piece of junk.

I had originally downloaded and had synced both of two Motocompacto. After attempting to enter the app and log in a week later, I only see a “rotating icon” after clicking on “log in”. Now I have two locked motocompacto that I cannot ride around.

Insane how such a wonderful and well thought out product has a companion app with less features than a 1970s toaster oven. This app is buggy, sometimes just doesn’t respond to input and 9 times out of 10 won’t even let you login. I’m afraid to use the lock feature on my scooter just because of all I have seen about people getting locked out of their scooter because the app is dog water.

The app doesn’t work
After updating my phone to iOS 26, the app has become completely useless. I can access the demo ride, but as soon as I tap the "Login" button, the app freezes and becomes unresponsive. This is a critical bug that makes the app unusable for me.
The developers should have been testing their app on the iOS 26 beta to ensure it was ready for the public release. It’s incredibly frustrating to have an app that no longer works, especially for a product I rely on. Please fix this immediately.

Can't Use!
Unable to use since it won't accept my serial number. So far Honda has not been able to resolve after one month of ownership. But not giving up yet!
So difficult just sign up and rest steps.

Bad Gateway 502 - app is unusable
Hi Folks, upon launching the app & attempting to Log In I’m presented with a “502 Bad Gateway” error. Brand new vehicle - never used.
Garbage app
No support, 502 gateway code Honda your software is trash. Can’t see trophy description on what you have to do to unlock them until you actually unlock them. Are you really trying to pass this off on us. Kind of kills the experience of the overpriced Motocompacto.
Invalid serial number error
Unable to pair my motocompacto to this app as the app throws an invalid serial number error when scanning qrcode or entering manually.
