Terrible App
This is not a well built or well designed app. It’s not user friendly and doesn’t work well at all. Can’t adjust the equalizer or use the functions or demo mode. Totally useless.

It was great but appears to have not kept up with iOS updates
Unusable
If i could i would give this app a zero. I downloaded it because I got the couch and wanted a way to control the recliners by my phone. I am un able to. I only allow me to control the sound in 2 of the speakers. I want to be able to move the recliner up and down. There is not even an option. And there is no way to get any help.

Not compatible with iPhones
The app will allow you to recline, put footrest up, etc but does not have the option to control volume, treble, bass, etc. The apps owners manual has no instructions on connecting Bluetooth or cable options.
App doesn’t connect
The app does not connect to my sofas and only shows a blank screen that says refresh and scanning but never connects.
Doesn’t work, no way to find support.
While the app easily pairs with my recliner, it won’t do anything. Clicking on the app support link takes you to the home page for adjustable beds.
Incomplete operation
If you read other reviews you will see the programming feature would be great but it does not work and there are no instructions and no on line support. Still is the case. But chair is nice. Bought it at clearance store doing got what I paid for
Doesn’t work at all
App will not identify furniture at all. Tried several devices. iPhones, tablets, Android phones. Nothing works

Frustrating
I loved this app when we first bought our couch a Month ago. Now something isn’t right. The home button is now a light bulb and does nothing. I really liked being able to just hit home! What gives????? About to delete
Almost good enough
I cannot save positions which almost defeats the purpose of this app please make it work.
Programmable Buttons
The chair functions work well but I can only get one of the two programmable buttons to hold the memory. Please fix it and I’ll give you five stars!

Almost perfect
App works great with the exception of the programmable saved positions. You are not able to program/save new positions following the instructions provided in the app.
