This app is really good for getting you ready for your theory test didn’t think i would pass but went in to the test and passed first try

I used this app for the past month and today I passed my motorcycle theory test first time.
I think this is a great resource to use BUT don’t expect to be asked exactly the same questions. In the test they cover the same subjects but things are worded differently. Also, today I was given a case study as the final 5 questions and this app didn’t prepare me for that.
The hazard perception videos are quite old and won’t be the same but it’s the principle of anticipating and reacting to dangers which is key.
I wouldn’t have passed today without this app and also putting in lots and lots of hours going through the questions.
As I said earlier, a recommended resource, just be prepared for questions that are phrased quite differently on the day.

Problem
Brought the app and it does not work
2nd time posting review, 1st removed without reply
The videos on this app are terrible quality and do not prepare you for hazard perception. I rated and reviewed upon discovering this but my review was removed and not responded to. I also emailed but still have had no response over a week later.
I require a refund for the app, it is no use to me if incomplete, which is how i consider it with part not working as expected.

good learning tool
This app is worth the money. The mock test are brilliant and I love it when you answer a question is immediately jumps onto the next question.
The drawback is the quality of the videos in the perception hazard test and the fact that there is only 26 videos.

Waste of money
This app is a scam. The hazard perception does not work. I’ve tried to contact support to ask for help and the email given does not work. There is no way to contact them. Do not waste your money buying this app.
Videos do not work
Bought the app, the questions part of the app works fine. However the hazard perception videos do not work at all it just displays a black screen even the intro video does not work you can hear the sound and instructions but again just displays a blank screen. When selecting a hazard perception video it plays a black screen and recognises you made an attempt as the attempt counter goes up but you again looking at a black screen is anything but helpful. If this element was working I would say it is a nicely put together app. I’m using this on a new iPhone SE bought in 2020

Hazard perception doesn’t work
The hazard perception part of the app doesn’t work on iPhone 12pro max. Also the app support doesn’t do anything to report it
Not relevant to Motorbike + Hazard Perception does not work!
So, looking at getting my bike license. Not read the Highway Code for 10+ years, or anything motorbike specific ever! However, out of 5 mock theory tests, I passed 4 with 100% as the questions are not specific to motorbikes, but general road use and easily answered by anyone with car driving experience. Not only this, the hazard perception test simply does not work at all. You select a video from the list, and...nothing. A black screen. I’d be disappointed if this was a free app, but I paid £4.99 for this. Not happy, don’t waste your time with this.

Hazard videos do not work
Theory questions are great but the hazard perception videos do not work on iPhone 12 Pro with iOS 14.2.1. No response from developer to question about this after two weeks. Would not recommend paying for this at this time.

Never ever leave reviews but it’s really annoying the hazard perception doesn’t work! Please fix this as it’s clearly not just me as I had hoped, seems to have been going on for a while too

HP section does not work
Just bought this today, the theory test part works fine. The hazard perception does not work at all it just keeps going straight to the end of the clip and says I have failed, I am not happy this should have been sorted out.
I await a reply from the supplier on how this can be fixed.
