Completely useless
I’ve attempted to set up the cameras repeatedly. Even after it says the set up is a success, it goes back to the ‘start’ screen and shows no devices.
These were a gift or I would be quite distressed that any money was spent for such a useless item.

I use this to talk to our dogs or people in our house if I am out. Checked our house when overseas a few years back. It's a good product. Get someone to help you set it up.

I’ve sat for about an hour trying to configure the camera to WiFi but it won’t connect to my phone! Looks great and maybe would be a great monitoring camera if it actually worked so I would recommend not buying this product.
I have tried again and again.... tired now! Going to get a refund tomorrow!!

Had to take both cameras back to retailer as they were both defective. Do not waste your time.

You get what you pay for! I purchased this camera to watch my teens when they are home alone! I can only watch them when I’m home. As soon as I walk out the door, the camera goes offline even though I have WiFi. It’s a total waste of money! And it’s not wireless!!

I too had major problems syncing the phone with the camera. After an hour I gave up and later returned the camera back to the stockists for a refund

Worked for a short while....
Worked well for a while, but it’s not worked for 5 months now. Tried all 3 ways to connect 2 iPhones to camera but keeps failing to connect each time.

Been trying to connect it but it just doesnt work! I connected it ONCE and it was great..good graphics for its price and everything it does is great...i just havent been able to connect it again. Please help!

I don’t write reviews. But this camera I picked up at Albertsons for $25 because someone keeps vandalizing my work van. I thought it was going to have a pretty bad video quality, but it turned out to be really nice quality. Then I found out that I could change the resolution to HD. Looked even better. I use this primarily outside on an 8ft pole and I scan 360 degrees around my house. It’s not weatherproof, but I bought silicone conforming compound and I made it weather proof. The reason why people say it can’t connect is because they don’t understand how it works. It took me awhile, but I figured it out. You have to connect to the WiFi first, then send the configuration to the camera. Once that is done, you then connect your camera to it. It’s a little confusing but if you don’t do that sequence then it won’t work. For how cheap it is, it works really well.

Do not get this device. Does not configure with any device. Been trying on 3 handsets for an hour or so. Total waste of time. And I threw the receipt away.
