About

MotoSidekick is the riding buddy who knows bikes. Ask about a noise, a part, a service or a spec and get an answer for your exact motorcycle: its model, its mileage and its history. ASK ABOUT YOUR BIKE • Chat with an AI assistant that knows motorcycles, from oil changes to valve clearances to electrical gremlins. • Answers are specific to your bike: year, make, model and current mileage. • Not sure what's wrong? It asks the right questions first, with tap-to-answer options. • Snap a photo of a part, a leak or a warning light. • Record the noise, or send a video of a rattle, misfire or wobble, for a diagnosis (Basic plan and up). • Get parts with links, torque specs and step-by-step help. YOUR WHOLE GARAGE • Keep all your bikes in one place, with mileage and what's due next. • Get a maintenance schedule built from the manufacturer's service intervals, with the parts each job needs. • See at a glance what's overdue, what's due soon, and when your next service is. • Log every job, or scan a receipt and let MotoSidekick fill it in. • Update your mileage just by telling the assistant, and undo any change with a tap. • Add your schedule to your calendar so it updates as you ride. WORKS WITH YOUR SHOP • Share a bike with your mechanic using a QR code or a 6-character code. • You choose what they see: service history, contact details, receipts. • Follow the job from Checked in to Ready for pickup, with updates from the shop on your bike's page. • Work your shop does can be added straight to your bike's history. HELP FROM REAL PEOPLE • When you want a second opinion, book a consultation with an experienced mechanic or rider through Community. Free to start, with credits to try everything. Upgrade for more chats, video and audio diagnosis, and service reminder emails. Always follow your owner's manual and use your own judgement. MotoSidekick is a guide, not a substitute for a qualified mechanic when safety is at stake.
