Every screen now guides you to burn off what you just ate. 2. Redesigned Analysis Result: After snapping your meal, you now see 3 clear reset options (Light / Steady / Shortest) with time estimates and a recommended workout highlighted, so you can pick the one that fits your schedule. 3. Dashboard Reset Progress: The dashboard now shows your daily reset progress at a glance - remaining calories, completion percentage, and whether today's reset is done. 4. Walking pre-selected as default: The most approachable exercise (brisk walking at 6 km/h) is now pre-selected with its duration auto-calculated, lowering the barrier to get started. 5. Updated app icons and launch screen: App icons have been refreshed, and the launch screen now uses a clean icon design.
