New app ordering improvements
I find the new ordering system is much better now when you put in your location from the list as opposed to the map and the app is mostly simple to use, though when adding items to your order the “add” segment can be a bit tricky to figure out for new users.
Very non informative
Asks us to download the app, make and account for the offer code and the code doesn’t work. POS
Support team is non-existent
No way of updating your email and constantly getting error messages when attempting to update my mobile.

Cannot order from table
1. When trying to order with the app (orders tab), it suggests to pick the restaurant on the map and then infinite loading despite good connection. No option to scan the table qr.
2. when was trying to order the set with the qr (web) - no option to apply member discount despite of I was logged in on web. (Not related to app review, but something related to api issue)
What I would expect is: open the app, scan qr code, add items to an order with member discount - pay.

Terrible app
The app does not work. Cannot log in, no reset password, no FAQs, or help via website. Cannot remove personal information previously submitted.

Can’t click register since the terms & conditions don’t load.

Downloaded the app and registered my details. When I tried to log on it says error and the whole app crashed.

Cannot make correction before verification
Typo in the mobile number, try to change it in the update profile but failed with message verification error. How can I verify if I cannot correct it! No way to register as well.
Use it if you enjoy waiting
Not sure what the point of ordering ahead is when people who order in store 10 mins after ordering online get their food before you.

Terrible app. Required too much information to be entered before you could even place an order.
New and buggy
None of the URLs worked. Couldn’t even look at the menu 🤷🏼♂️
