Not as bad as I thought
The app isn’t as bad and frustrating as I thought based on some of the other reviews. My 2 biggest gripes would be that they don’t seem to have any interfacing/communication with your doctors office, and that you can’t select what order you take the pictures in. This second one is really annoying for me. I assume most people are taking these pictures after they’ve brushed their teeth, which means you need to put in your aligners, take pictures, take out your aligners, take pictures, and put them back in. If the no-aligner pictures were placed first in order, or you could select which order you wanted to take pictures in it would make things much easier.

Made me download another app at one point and that never worked, so couldn’t continue.
Annoying and ineffective app
The scans are never good enough for the app and even if you turn off notifications, it constantly asks for you to enable them. I agree with the other reviews.
Gave Up
Not Worth It 2024 I now I’m paying carecredit for my treatment aligners can’t get this app scan even with the mouth holders. So luckily my trays are moving to next sets
