Logs you out
This thing logs you out every chance it gets but won’t tell you. It’s sends me notifications for the worst things but it won’t let me know I was logged out. What is the point of having it.
Shouldn’t need permission location always on
You will not be able to use this spyware unless your location services are set to “always on” in your phone. I don’t need this third party app tracking my every detail when I’m not working so it can sell my location information to a third party data broker. This is genuine garbage.
Easy and Functional
Too many apps make your lives more difficult even though they tout the opposite. Motus actually walks the walk (or I guess I should say drives the drive 🤪)

Truly a great tool
I am required by my organization to track my mileage and submit monthly. MOTUS allows me to the ease to track my locations and enter the names of the locations I visit. I can easily remove personal trips from the log and submit to my team on a timely basis. I have been using this tool for over 3 years now and it has incredibly helpful. Yes, it is a bit “big brother” but it is a good means to keep me accountable and accurate for where I have been and honestly it’s a big time saver. My role has many freedoms this helps me to stay honest and provide the evidence to show I was where I said I was and for the duration I was there.

My company uses
Useless app. Pain to use. Constantly logging you out and SSO never works. Garbage app. This app is ridiculous. Make sure you start it immediately on your trip because if you forget 10 miles into your trip, it will take you an hour to add that in. This is literally the worst app that I use for work.

Most Annoying Milage Tracker
At least once a month I will get logged out automatically and no notification about it and have to review notes and memory to input the stops. No point in using this as you’ll still have to keep a written log of where you go on a daily basis
Super Frustrating Location Pop Ups
I am required to use this app for work. The app is constantly trying to force me to share my location always instead of my preferred selection of only when I’m using the app. I only need the app during my work hours but this is my personal vehicle so I do not need to share my location constantly. The app constantly sends me a pop up telling me I need to change my settings to “always” and will not let me do anything else until I change that setting. This means I have to constantly change my setting to always so it will let me move forward and then go back and change to “only while using” when I’m done. THIS IS INCREDIBLY ANNOYING. I should not have to share my location all the time to be able to use the app.

Other than getting delayed payments vs my organization-I would love to see it on CarPlay. Would make it so much easier to use.
Great when it works
Works well when signed in… used with my company for last 2years. Now over the last 4 months it logs me out without notification consistently and costing me reimbursement money.
Always on creepy
The app is constantly trying to make you keep tracking always on.
Recently closed for days/weeks at a time
App closes unexpectedly for no reason at all. I have lost days and weeks of unlogged business miles. Not sure what has changed in the last 6+ months? App used to always stay logged in and would auto record miles with ease but now logs off without my knowledge. Very frustrating, please address this.
App crashes constantly
Whenever the app crashes—which happens monthly—you have to manually enter your trips from memory.
Please figure it out
Whatever bug Motus has that kicks me out, is quite literally costing me money. Your auto start stop features are useless if I just get logged out with no way of knowing.

Always logging out
Consistently having to sign back into the app as my “sessions has expired” continuously pops up. Will be in a meeting or in the field and miss the notification, and then have to manually add trips after.
Separately, it is always trying to teach you how to quickly edit trips, even after I have clicked “don’t show again”, on at least 20 different occasions.
