Terrible tracker
This tracker is so inaccurate. It glitches all the time and makes me miss my buss often.
For the love of god PLEASE UPDATE THIS APP

It literally never works, it never shows where the buses are.

Bus route wasn’t correct
Waited half an hour for a bus that when arrived, announced he wasn’t going to where the bus route said. Wasted my time
Usefulness
This app would be much more useful if the buses were online. In the afternoon I can usually see the buses, but this morning, gold and northern aren’t showing up.
Poorly made
Let’s not sugarcoat this, this app is terrible. Not only do the busses not update location, but half the time it’s not even the same bus! That’s if it shows up at all in the app. It’s literally useless so I just get to the stop at the right time and wait.
Unreliable yet necessary
Little chance the correct bus will show up and give an accurate location when choosing a route. When it is working it’s one of the best ways to travel but lately this hasn’t been the case. However, It is a must have when choosing not to commute by car.

The app works around 30% of the time for route 30 west run. You cannot rely on it at all. Also it would be easy to add features such as estimated arrival time, delay notifications, etc. but no such features are present. When it does work it’s nice to have.

The app is so glitchy the buses don’t even show up on the map sometimes so you won’t know if it’s running or not or where it is, or it’ll be stuck in one spot no matter how long you wait. It is also very slow. Please update it, it’s been so long.

This app is basically useless. More often than not, it fails to show the actual location of the bus. The user interface is terrible and uninformative.

Update’s needed
I’ve been using the app for specifically Gold line 6. It’s map is changed somehow. I think an update is needed after 2 yrs.
Shows the bus in action but not the times
Why doesn't this app shows pick up times at the stops? You just have to generally gauge where the bus arrow is and try to anticipate its arrival. You can’t use this app to plan your route. Also the title of the routes should show general area descriptions, not just a colour of the line. That means nothing to someone trying to use this app to travel.

Slow
The blue&gold tracker rarely works, and when it does the user has to reload the app multiple times.
Solid app, sometimes slow to update
I will say that this app is very useful to have, but sometimes the only way to have the bus location update quickly is to switch your location on and off, or switch routes and come back. Other than that, it's been very handy in letting me time when I need to get to a stop. I think the only other feature this app could use is a display of the routes' schedules.

Glitches and bugs
This app is great when it is actually working. 50% of the time it doesn't work at all. When it is online, the bus tracking feature is slow to respond and update at times. Add that to the fact that the buses are rarely on schedule and you get a pretty craptastic experience.

I really like this app. However, you can improve it by adding a way to see what the bus schedules are through the app.
