Mountain valley credit union

So every time I go to login, I can never it will not let me go to it. The update has already been done and the app still will not let me go to it. Every time I go to it it says error code connecting to remote server so I don’t know what’s wrong with this app. I love the bank the bank is amazing but the app not so good something needs to be done about it because I don’t an update is not helping my app so I’m only giving us a one star because if this does this to me all the time
