Not for a casual Disney trip
I bought this looking for a resource to help us plan our upcoming Disneyland trip. I thought given the $30 price point. This could be a great resource. I cannot find any value in this app to justify this price. Perhaps if you are a hard-core Disney fan and want to connect with the like there is something in it. It’s definitely not a trip planning tool.

Update is Fast!
Just updated my MW app and this baby is fast!!! Join us in The Lounge for photos of what’s happening in the Disneyland Resort.
Unable to get this app to work
I had the free version and upon opening the app I only got a black screen. Decided to upgrade to paid version and same thing happened. Please tell me what I’m doing wrong.
New version works for me...
...but still some issues. The post to the lounge/story screen is still cumbersome because the keyboard covers what you're typing. Additionally, on my iPhone 7plus, the buttons at the bottom of the app are cut off and you can't see the text. Some requests:
1) Add ability to have carriage returns in at least an original post.
2) Add ability to see who thanked a reply
3) Bring back the fast scrolling.

Wonderful Disneyland App
I have been using this app for years and LOVE it!! I always use it to plan my Disneyland vacations. When I’m not in Disneyland, I use the lounge to connect with other Disney-loving fans and friends, and with all the live posts, I am always connected to the latest things going on in Disneyland. Thanks Admin, I appreciate your hard work!

Waste of money
Not showing wait times. Paid $5 for nothing
App no longer works
Disappointed this app no longer works. No time updates, crowd index etc. Am I out of the loop with this app??????

Everything shows closed almost daily. Crowd index shows zero.

If you can’t be at Disney property, the closest place to be is MouseWait online.
Waste of money!!!
The wait times are not accurate or consistently updated. The app was better when it was free and more people were updating wait times.
Trying to reset my password
I’m trying to reset my password and when I get the email to do it it takes me to comments page and there’s no where to reset my password....Because of this it makes this app useless 👎🏻

I just updated my Mousewait Platinum to the new 10 version and all I can say is Wow! The pages load practically instantaneously. The ability to rearrange the buttons in any order remains an option so your most favorite ones can be placed at the top. This is so convenient and a real time saver. The one-finger operation is so handy for those of us with larger screens too. If you visit the Disneyland Resort, this app is a must! It will save loads of time when you can simply check wait times on your phone. There are certainly a number of options for checking wait times but this one is the original and definitely the best in my opinion. Need to find a place to eat? The eatery locations along with menus and reviews are at your fingertips. I’m patiently waiting for the California Parks to reopen so I can experience everything this wonderful app offers once again.

Love this app!
I have used this app for over 5 years now and have met so many fantastic people in the lounge. Being in the parks and going to meetups have resulted in some of the best friendships I’ve ever known. I cannot imagine life without these people. The amount of information that MouseWaiters post is incredible. I feel like I’m always “in the know” due to the informative posts. As well, we like to have fun in this place. The atmosphere is always light. It’s a great way for so many folks to “escape” to a positive and safe environment. Thank you for creating this incredible app!

The Best Disney App
Love the new update! Everything runs so clean and smooth. This is the best Disney app. Great place to meet friends in the Mousewait Lounge as well as get up to the minute news. This is a must have if you are a Disney lover even if you are not in the parks. Always something exciting going on at Mousewait.

Horrible that is overpriced and doesn’t work
I used to use this app as the non paid version 3-4 years ago. It was great. So when we got our passes again I went for the paid version. Wow has time changed. No updates. Nothing is right. Nothing changes. Constantly crashes.
No more Apple Watch?
One star. They removed the Apple Watch functionality yet still advertise it on their website. Boo!
Needs an update
The app isn’t working properly. I went to the park on two consecutive days and it wasn’t working. Doesn’t give correct data. Always says the park is at 20% capacity when it’s not. When I try to update times on rides it won’t allow me to put the exact time, only fast pass times. Waste of money.
