Does not work in current devices

This app didn’t fully download because Apple says that the developer needs to update it to work on current devices. Said it would work but didn’t. Trying to get my money back.

Doesn’t work on iPhone XS Max. App tells you to enable microphone under privacy settings, but the app isn’t listed as one of the apps that is requesting access to mic. I want a refund.
