هناك مشكلة في إظهار نتائج المختبر
في الفترة الاخيره لاحظت عدم ظهور نتائج المختبر والتحاليل في التطبيق مع ملاحظة تكرار ذلك من خلال عمل اكثر من تحليل خلال الشهر الماضي . فقط ما يظهر هو اسم التحليل بدون نتائج او تقرير

The app is not working on my phone, every time i open the app gives me error, no one is add to your acount, add a beneficiary!!

App Issues
I am disappointed, there was an error with my data after an update of the app and after that it never works again and no one from the hospital or the app has given me support for almost 8 months with this problem. I have done everything and I have gone to the hospital and no one solves it.
زر تأكيد الموعد بدل الانتظار فالاستقبال
اتمنى وضع زر التأكيد ويكون خلال ربع ساعه بعد الموعد اذا لم يتم التأكيد يلغى لتجاوز الانتظار فالاستقبال
Once a user friendly app but not usable any more
Earlier the app used to work fine. After recent update, each time the app is opened, it asks me to add a dependent to start using the app. These kind of bugs will not allow to even use the app. Unfortunately I have to give single star for not having a zero star rating for not being able to use this app

مشاءالله التطبيق بجد يستحق الشكر لكم ليتكم تكملونه بالمواقف وخاصة للي يتوقفون في اماكن الاعاقه ومحد يقولهم اي شي .

من احسن وأفضل التطبيقات قبل ما اروح المشفى احجز موعدي من التطبيق ولمن يرفعولي طلب لشركة التأمين تجيني رسالة في حال تم الرفض او لم يتم ولمن اسوي اي اجراء سواء تحاليل او اشعة او او الخ يجيني اشعار فور خروج النتيجة وغير كدة علاجاتي كلها احصلها مع الوصفة في حال نسيت او حاجة يعني شييي صراحة شكرا مستشفى المواساة على هادا التطور 💙.

مشكله في التسجيل
بعد اكمال التسجيل رفض الارسال لعدم تسجيل الهاتف رغم عدم وجود خانه لتسجيل رقم الهاتف.
