This app just stopped working and there is no way to contact help.

Excellent App for what it is supposed to do but they force you to write a review which is literally giving me anxiety. So here’s your one star.

I am new to this app and have just converted a couple of
videos. The directions are clear and simple to understand.

Does not work
Every time I try to download the converted file it comes back as a mov file.

Horrible App
Do not download. Maybe the premium version will perform better. App did not convert my file. It took forever to load the mov file and still did not convert the MP4. Paid $1 per week.
