Horrible app considering their fee
Constantly freezing . Either stare at a blank screen or a white screen for days. Cannot use for booking . Customer service desk Movati is useless . I opened a ticket with the manager and nothing happened . Meanwhile Movati increased their fee . Not worth it !!!!!
Has Bugs
The filters you set for your favourite locations doesn’t stick anymore like it used to. I have to reset it every time I want to search classes for multiple locations. And I don’t get notifications when I’m off the waitlist. The email notifications seems to be delayed too and I don’t get it until I’m in the class already but that might be a Google prob?

Newer version is good
Things went iffy there when they redesigned about a year ago, but they finally cleaned up the schedule and now it’s very good, the announcements are clearer. I’m looking forward to the update with the waitlist functionality. MOVATI is a great gym though. I have no complaints about the app and I’ve been using it for 4+ years.

What happened to Apple Watch support?
Why you canceled Apple watch support ?? I can’t add the card to my Apple Watch anymore
Not as user friendly
Disappointing it cannot be loaded on my iWatch.
Terrible
If a class gets canceled, you can’t book a new one because the app says “time conflict”. Absolutely terrible app.
App gets worse and worse
The old app from 2-3 years ago was simple to the point. The user interface here is way too busy with unnecessary images and it takes forever to find the class you're looking for. The egym aspect is also missing which is unfortunate because it was a nice friendly competition among members at the gym.

Terrible app
The App simply doesn’t work! I am unable to book classes. No one is trying to resolve the issue. It worked fine until they changed it.
Not user friendly
With this update, it won’t let me join as a member without scanning my barcode, but my barcode was on the app. I don’t know what my barcode number is. So now I can’t log into the app. In addition, everything being dark and black is really un appealing and difficult to see. The white and blue was much more Visually appealing.

the new APP is worse
Just updated the new version of the APP on November 6, 2025. Why does Movati keep overhauling the APP so frequently?
The previous APP has been working very well after the disastrous one before got tons of complaints and was overhauled.
The general feeling is the new version of APP tried hard to make it look DIFFERENT without intention on its functionality and user experience. Lots of good features in the previous blue APP are removed.
I like the previous APP had all the booked classes listed in one page overview and don’t like the new APP set up.
I like previous APP has information of class duration (such as 40 minutes, 60 minutes etc); With the new APP, members has to calculate the class duration based on the class start and end time.
The color of booked classes is dimmed and barely visible in the schedule. Bring back the format in the previous APP and just mark booked classes as “BOOKED”.
For booked classes, the information of how many spots left is missing. Please add that information back to booked classes.
The new APP logo is ugly. The authentic Movati logo should be brought back on the APP.
Member experience is vital for the business of Movati. The new APP is not improving member experience.

Stupid
It’s super annoying that you guys keep changing app from good to bad to ok to bad … can u make it decent and let it be ?
Unable to log in to updated app.
No fan of this app previously or the updated version. Where are we supposed to get a barcode if the key tags have been obsolete forever?! Why can’t we just use a password like every other platform?

You should still be able to see if a class is full or spots remaining in a class you have booked.
There are too many colours in the class listings that makes it very distracting.
The order of booked classes should be by date of the class not when you book.
The countdown to cancel classes is not helpful unless it sends auto reminders of classes you are booked in for. Like 10 minute reminder to cancel.
11/6/25 - OMG, no another terrible update to the app. Clearly the app developers are not as brilliant as they think they are — please just stop. Make it stop please. We will tell you when the app needs a refresh/update not the other way round.

The app doesn’t work!!
I don’t know why they changed it to the new one! It doesn’t work! Every time I click on “profile” or “Guest” to login it crashes and closes the app. I’ve deleted and redownloaded the app several times and still doesn’t work! The most BASIC function of this app doesn’t work!!! Please fix it otherwise it’s useless.

This app is extremely slow and has connection problems. So frustrating.

I can’t even login to the app….this company needs to put more money on their app instead of expanding locations to keep the old members……
