Expertly Handled Delicate and Expensive Scientific Equipment!
We had a super urgent last minute move of some specialty equipment. There wasn’t a single person willing to touch it, but my friend said these guys might be able to do it. They managed to move over 2000lbs scheduled next day!

Coordinating my cross-country move with Move AI was like having a project manager and team to keep my move on task and spec! In a few texts Move AI’s Maddie collected the necessary information and helped me search for estimates vs. me doing the research and then also filling multiple forms with the same information. Maddie then packaged the estimates in “quote packages” which then all I had to do was review them and make one decision! After that Maddie and their human team also handled the administrative burden of moving (i.e scheduling, booking the services, and payment). Overall, moving was still stressful, but I do believe Move AI saved quite a few of my already fried brain cells by taking a bulk of the moving tasks coordination off my hands. Thank you!
