I got a taxi from 28 Windsor Crescent and firstly he didn’t have a card reader then when I asked how to set up the bank transfer he totally ignored me to the point that I lost patience with him

Not happy at all

Booked a taxi and he took me the wrong way and decided to charged me extra for the trip. Considering he took me the wrong way I do not think I should have been charged. I then proceeded to phone them to complain about this and they rudely hung up on me multiple times. Absolutely terrible service.
