About

Most fitness apps count your workouts. Move Check tells you whether they add up to enough. Move Check reads the workouts you already record on Apple Watch and scores your rolling 7-day training window against two evidence-based standards: the U.S. federal physical activity guidelines, and stricter longevity-focused targets. Pick either standard — or hold yourself to both. YOUR WEEK AT A GLANCE Four tiles show exactly where you stand: Strength sessions, Zone 2 minutes, VO₂ max intervals, and total aerobic time. Each fills as you train, so a glance at your wrist tells you what's done and what's left. WHAT NEXT No math required. Move Check looks at what your week is missing and recommends your next workout — "45–60 min Zone 2," "Strength session," or "1 VO₂ max interval." AUTOMATIC CLASSIFICATION Workouts are sorted using their type and your heart rate data, with Zone 2 and VO₂ max ranges computed from your age. Your personal heart rate zones are always one swipe away. 12-WEEK HISTORY A simple grid shows which targets you hit each week, so consistency — the thing that actually matters — stays visible. PRIVATE BY DESIGN Your health data never leaves your device. No accounts, no servers, no analytics. Move Check reads from Apple Health and nothing more. Move Check is for education and motivation, not medical advice. Consult a physician before starting a new exercise program. Requires an Apple Watch. Workout and heart rate access must be granted in Apple Health.
