Not reading or not opening files on the IPhone 15Pro.
I used it to put things on, password protected. Now I do not get the option to put finger print. I tried putting finger print with all my fingers. Still no response from the device. No response from this device means I lost all my sentimental things saved on it. If anyone can help please let me know.

Does not work whatsoever
Purchased the memory stick from Amazon. It does not allow me to create a folder or transfer files to it. Received a message of “failed” every single time. Using an iPhone 16 pro.
