Best banking app
This is one of the best Banking Apps I have used. Great work MoveBank, a great improvement and love the Brand refresh as well.
New app lost my accounts
I’ve been in a chat with Move Bank for 8 hours and waiting on phone for 45 minutes trying to get Move to fix what their new app and website has done. My payments haven’t been made and I have no way to make them as Move has lost my accounts!!! Urgent fix required and compensation for incompetence.

I love this app. One of the best I’ve used. Looks beautiful, easy to navigate, and simple to use. Massive upgrade on the old app. Well done Move Bank!

Quick balance
Cannot work out how to show quick balance, have checked through all settings options
Flawless signup
Nice design, start to new app and flawless experience from joining to setup to wallets to adding money. Simple but effective banking app.
Observation:
The design you have for the app (especially accounts page and icons) on your website is a much nicer modern thought out design, was disappointed the app was not like the site depicted, hope that’s in progress or something.
Thoughts:
It’s a great foundation to build on! I actually moved all my banking over the second we could join. I’d love to see things like savings goals (also on homepage a progress bar?), roundups and more features, and hope you do have plans for the app.
Oh and hopefully a much nicer looking scheduled payments page is on the way too, the current one takes up too much space with too little info. Scheduled payments could have a ‘never ending’ choice too, not have to pick a future date.
Again, acknowledging it’s early days, it’s well done so far 👍

Cannot login to new app
New app requires password reset however the password reset freezes every time. Now I can’t access my money and will have to spend hours on the phone to rectify. Can’t login via browser either. Not good enough Move Bank.
