Can’t even use the app.
I was really excited to use this app for my upcoming move. I go to sign in using Google and it crashes. Over and over it just crashes every time I try to log in. Please fix
Worst movers I’ve ever had
Paid 300/hr and they wasted so much time and didn’t bring over all of items so I have to rehire movers to get the rest of my belongings.
Nothing special
They take forever to respond to quotes. It’s faster to just look at Yelp for different services.
Out of Country
Looked cool, but I need to move out of the country and there aren’t any resources for that. Still a great app though.
Horrible Service
This is not a concierge service. They match you to high rated movers and act like they will take care of everything. In reality, you just email them to ask them to take care of things you could have taken care of with an email anyway. When things go wrong, they become unresponsive. Don’t waste your time or money.

Sketchy, not honest business
This company is really sketchy. Their rates randomly change. They tell you one thing (verbal and in writing), then change it after the fact right before you pay (which you don’t know unless you ask in great detail). They don’t operate in a trustworthy way.
30 minutes wasted only to be told unavailable
App fails to check address before it makes you enter your inventory. 30 minutes wasted before it said it does not serve my area. Other reviewers have said this. What a fail.
Too much to get sorry not in your area
First I will say the overall flow and look of the app is good, however there are some things that are aggravating.
You MUST create an account to do anything.
After you enter in your details, addresses, dates, boxes, etc you might be greeted with a “Thanks for filling out your information. After reviewing your move details, we noticed that your pick up address is located in an area we have not expanded to just yet. Unfortunately we don't have moving partners on our platform there.” message. They should tell you this BEFORE you create and account and go through adding your move details.
I sent the feedback to them via the in app chat, but wanted to let others know. This area check should be the first thing they do, then collect your move details.

Moved made our transition across the country so smooth. The service and speed was really appreciated, and their team did everything possible to help make it happen. The mover we ended up selecting was great, I highly recommend Moved!
Expanding?
Seems they have no assistance in the Austin, TX area, so there’s really no benefit to this app at the moment.
Not sure if they are poised to expand services, but I’d think major cities, such as state capitols, would be included from the beginning.

It’s like having a moving concierge!
I have moved half a dozen times in the last 10 years and wish I would have known about this app for all my previous moves. They can handle almost any reasonable request you throw at them! The only issue I had when using them is the moving company they have a relationship with for moving assessed a shuttle fee to the total cost after arriving at the delivery location. I was surprised to hear about this before purchase we had researched that the location doesn’t have any legal commercial truck restrictions and can be parked on a flat road without incline.
I hope that in the future the app develops a process to determine whether or not a shuttle is required (before finalizing purchase) based on certain criteria (like delivery location, legal restrictions, etc). Or at the very least, the likelihood that one would be required (low, medium, or high), to give customers a sense. Because in my case, it was communicated at the outset that I wouldn’t need one and then day before delivery (based completely on subjective driver opinion and determination), the shuttle was required. The shuttle added 7% more cost to the total (or 5% with the discount they provided). Otherwise, I think Moved is positioned to be invaluable for everyone who is considering their next move!

BEWARE!!!! IF YOU’RE NASHVILLE DON’T DOWNLOAD!!
Don’t use if in Nashville. Super limited options for such a big city. They do not offer help finding a cleaner and have very limited options of moving companies, NONE of which take Affirm. With all the great reviews I expected A LOT more.
Made my move easy
Recently moved from LA to SF. Moved helped get moving quotes, arrange movers, forwarded mail and offered to help with more. I was a little nervous but everything went off without a hitch and no surprises. Moving is never easy but this was a big move for a family of 5, and it was relatively painless.

Disappointed
I really wanted to like this app. The reviews and intuitive UX were promising, but unfortunately it caused more headache than it helped for my move. To caveat - I was not hiring movers as many others did, but I hoped to use many of the other features (mail forwarding, shipping materials, selling furniture).
The first thing I did was request mail forwarding and order shipping materials. The materials arrived with no problem, but I recently learned (after just checking in myself) that they totally forgot to forward my mail. Despite requesting weeks in advance, I missed nearly a month of mail because my assistant dropped the ball. I was surprised to learn that this process is manual, not automated, which seems very prone to error.
While attempting to sell furniture, the assistant tried to be helpful but the process required the same amount of effort as just posting to Craigslist so paying them a cut on top doesn’t really make sense when I still had to do the majority of the work. When I had trouble selling the items, the assistant had no ideas about alternatives for getting rid of them (donating or disposal), so again I was on my own. I ended up posting and selling everything on my own through Craigslist.
The mail forwarding was really the biggest issue as I now have no way of retrieving what was sent during the gap. I was disappointed that there were no real attempts to reconcile the issue, so unfortunately I would not recommend this to anyone as the service is unreliable.

This app has helped me so much I would give it 1,000,000 stars if I could. There is no problems. The only thing they could fix (even though the app is amazing already) is adding more features.

Amazing!
I absolutely hate moving, from packing to organizing movers to dealing with charity donation pick ups. This service saved me so much time and made my move a breeze! My personal assistant was absolutely amazing! I was given two quotes within hours of providing my inventory (in a very user friendly app!), and didn't even have to book them myself! The moving company they found for me was great. Everything went perfectly. I highly recommend this service to anyone moving.

Great service!
We used this service in its early days, and it was phenomenal. With so much to do while getting ready to move, they eased the burden substantially by navigating the large space of moving service providers and distilling those to a manageable set of options we could pick from. This is a great idea for a service and is well-executed!
