Best watch movement tracker around!

Tried several apps over the years, but this the simplest and easiest to use. Love not having to sign up for an email account to use.

Practical watch setting tool

This is a simple effective clock for setting watches. I particularly appreciate the tactile bump/rumble at each second, which helps makes accurate setting easy without relying on audible noises.

There is also a watch accuracy tracking function, which is probably sufficient for identifying when a watch needs servicing. It relies on manually inputs so isn’t a very precise way of tracking the actual deviation of a watch, but good enough to track watch performance.

Finally, it’s neat to have a simple analog clock set to internet-atomic time.

Great at first - not great over time

This app seems amazing at first and it does the job really really well. However over time the problems start to emerge. They are relatively easy to fix as they are mostly UI problems.

Problem 1) If you have lots of watches then it is tricky to see the accuracy score for all of the watches in one list without lots of scrolling. It is not possible to reorder the watches either.

Problem 2) This is the biggest issue. I have been tracking one watch now for about six months. The scale of the time measurement points compresses over time so my 6 months of twice a week time checks have now compressed so much that the accuracy scores are all written over the top of each other and are unreadable - this is the historic scores as well as the most up to date. I could delete the old ones but it is good to see trends.

This app is so nearly perfect but these two problems (particularly #2) really mar the usability.

Fantastic App

This is a very intuitive and nicely designed app. It has been built with a lot of thought and does exactly what it says on the tin. It tracks your watch accuracy. If there could be one possible improvement, it would be for Grand Seiko owners - who I’m sure would appreciate an extra decimal place - just to make it interesting below +/- 0.01 secs per day.

Perfect!

This is the app I’ve been looking for. Simple, straightforward, looks great, works well. Set your watches according to the atomic clock in one screen, measure their accuracy over time in the other. Leaving a review as this should be higher up in the App Store. Thank you!

Use it all the time

I use this app daily to sync my watch. Only suggestion that I have for improvement would be to either remove the “3” from the clock face or provide a wider separation between the date and the “3” so that the numbers do not “merge” together when reading the time. Fantastic app. Thanks!

Good - faster adjustment needed

Great App, great design and accomplishes the purpose. When trying to monitor old watches can take a long time to adjust the time to match your not greatly adjusted watch. A faster adjustment setting needs to be created (a button for 5seconds forward and backwards and a minute forward and backwards for example).

Well worth the purchase

The large clock face with sweeping hand makes setting and tracking your automatic watch a dream. Would recommend to anyone who like to keep precise time on their watch and likes to track. Like one review said, “a bit of a risk on the purchase but well worth it.”

Best design, lots of opportunities

In the space of trackers for mechanical watches, this is the only app I’ve found that makes an attempt to be designed well.

The clock is great, the measurement screen is fantastic. The graph needs work. The per day deviations overlap each other and become unreadable. The AI recognizes resets and separates days, and then doesn’t the next moment. There’s no affordance to split days manually, making discovery of that feature hard. Not sure what happens if I continue tracking because the graph does not seem to be designed beyond a few days of space.

Overall, I enjoy using it and it has the potential to become the one and only watch tracking app out there, the reference point for all. I’d love to see it get there.

Excellent

Took a risk on this app as the free app I have been using hasn’t been updated for years, and it’s more and more glitchy. And I’m so glad I did. Lovely clean interface, easy to use, and if you make a mistake it has an undo. I can see this being a staple on my home screen for some time.

Good updates

Liked the last update you made where you can split the graph for when you recalibrate the watch to a reference time.

But there’s still a lot to improve.

For one, I want to be able to see the time graph more in detail. I only see week indications so I can’t properly examine how long it’s been since I reset the watch.

Building on to this, the graphs should be zoomable. This way, I can see more time indications as well as navigating very long graphs.

Last thing for now is that the loss/gain rates that show at the bottom in red can clump up together when they’re short, making it completely illegible.

Looking forward to the next update. I use it almost daily.

Awesome

Beautiful, exact the right functionality, and seamless to work with and v2 now lets you split trend lines. Excellent!

Absolute Winner

This app does one job and it does it with perfect, simple, and clean execution.

Also, the dev is still updating so A+

New update is so very good. Thank you sir.

Great simple app to measure watch accuracy

This app has helped me tracking my watch accuracy with simple steps.

Super easy to use. Well thought design, and app has crafted beautifully.

Thanks for making this app.

Not Good

Can’t delete a reading point. After watch winds down and you reset it there is no new set of points so you are comparing to the last run and watch being reset it doesn’t match. Very poor.

Response from developer

To delete a point, try force touch (or long press) on or near it. A delete button will come up. The app should create a new run for you automatically when you reset your watch. If that doesn’t work, adding a new watch will get you a new run every time!

Beautifully designed and thoughtful app

The app is thoughtfully designed and beautiful to look at. The haptics on the ticking second hand are a nice touch. Good set of functionality and excited to see where the developer takes it. Fills a real niche in the market.

Response from developer

Thanks! We’re flattered. New features are coming soon! Feel free to email us with any other ideas or suggestions.

Beautiful app, look forward to future updates and feature

I’ve been searching for a great app to measure my mechanical watch accuracy. After trying a couple other top apps in the store I was excited to see this one appear.
Looks perfect on the iPhone Xs screen. Fits in perfectly with iOS’s style but looks unique in its own right.
It is rather minimal in features but the core functions (atomic clock, watch accuracy tracking is great). I hope some more robust feature can be added in the future. I would love to be able to edit mistake points on the graph, add more information on the watch like year or purchase date, iCloud sync, and notification reminder if desired.
Great app! Thanks!
[Update] iCloud sync and deleting points have been added since first review. Great support from devs. Thanks!!

Response from developer

Thanks for the kind words! We’ve added iCloud sync and the option to delete points in the graph. Please try the new version and let us know how you like it. (P.S. - Reminders are coming soon!)

Great app for watch lovers!

I love the large second hand, and the drift tracking is great- it let me know I needed to take one of my watches in for repair. Highly recommended.
